Porter Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on business needs.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Porter to help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. This position will support general facility needs, furniture assembly, workplace setups, inventory, shipping/receiving, and other daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning and maintain organized work areas and breakrooms. Assemble desks, chairs, shelving, cabinets, and other furniture using hand tools. Assist with office moves, workspace setups, and facility projects. Restock workplace and breakroom supplies and monitor inventory. Support shipping, receiving, and organization of deliveries and storage areas. Assist with meeting and event setup and breakdown. Perform basic cable management and help maintain safe, clutter-free workspaces. Respond to facility requests and assist with basic maintenance needs. Work with team members and vendors to complete workplace projects.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with facilities, furniture assembly, maintenance, moving, warehouse, or similar hands-on work preferred. Comfortable using basic hand tools. Ability to safely lift and move boxes, furniture, and equipment. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Why should you choose Manpower?
