Shift:

Evening shift, Part Time, 4 hr shift, 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Location:

Long Beach, CA. Multiple locations

Incentives:

mileage reimbursement Common duties for this job: (including but not limited to) Cleaning and disinfecting work areas Cleaning breakrooms Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash and waste in designated areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Restock bathroom and kitchen supplies Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners Report building and equipment maintenance issues to management Disarm and Arm building

REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member Must care about quality Must be detail-oriented and work at an efficient pace Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license and insurance Must drive from one location to another (Job to Job) Must be reliable Able to lift up to 38 lbs. Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching Must portray a good attitude Must have a smartphone and know the functions of how to use it Ability to use a smartphone to text, take pictures, take videos, and use various apps used by Juniper Cleaning (training in apps will be provided) Technological proficiency is a plus Experience is not required, but basic knowledge of cleaning is a plus You are
