Sanitation Lead Job Summary:
Responsible for detailed cleaning and upkeep of the offices, restrooms, and multiple warehouse facilities; ensuring all equipment and areas are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for processing.
Essential Functions:
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Do a general cleanup of all packing room floor areas and ensure removal of all trash from both facilities.
  • Clean and restock all restrooms. (e.g. walls, sinks, commodes, etc.)
  • Clean offices. (i.e. sweep, mop, vacuum, clean tables, throw trash)
  • Daily general cleanup of warehouse facilities and production areas (inside and outside)
  • Clean forklifts and mobile equipment as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize production areas and equipment.
  • Able to communicate with management and other employees.
  • Willing to learn how to operate forklifts safely and correctly, scissor lift, sweeper, and/or boom lift as needed.
  • Fill out the required paperwork as necessary.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Possess minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift (preferred not required)
  • Able to read and write English
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)
  • Able to work long hours including weekends and in various environmental conditions Able to work a flexible schedule (on various shifts as needed).
No fear of heights. No fear of working in small spaces. No allergies to tree nuts. Possess good communication skills, attention to detail, time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
