We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. This is a hands-on role that includes a variety of tasks to ensure our facility stays clean, safe, and welcoming.

Job Responsibilities:

Clean vacated units thoroughly Dust and clean unit doors and remove cobwebs Blow debris from aisles and walkways Perform light maintenance and minor gardening tasks Maintain property cleanliness in all weather conditions

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and stay productive without direct supervision Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Must pass a credit check Please do not call the facility regarding this position

Schedule:
