Full Job Description General Responsibilities:
Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to. Specific Duties /
Essential Functions:
Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas. Cleaning and restocking restrooms. Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags. Cleaning corridors and stairwells. Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable). Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures. Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Restocking supplies in, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Proficiency in English will enhance your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00
PM Skills & Experience:
Janitorial experience is preferred but not required. High school or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Open availability:
Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift 35 lbs., carry 12 lb. backpack vacuum as needed. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
