Baugher Ranch Organics is seeking a dependable Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment throughout our facility. This position performs routine cleaning and sanitation throughout offices, common areas, warehouses, and production areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and understands the importance of cleanliness and safety in a food-processing environment. Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, warehouses, and assigned production areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors; empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, fixtures, and other assigned areas.
• Remove dust and cobwebs from walls, ceilings, lighting, and overhead areas.
• Maintain and organize janitorial and MRO supplies.
• Follow sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs).
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply needs.
• Help secure assigned areas, including locking and unlocking doors when required.
• Follow company safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and chemical safety preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required documentation.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others.
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements This is an active position requiring prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and handling cleaning equipment. Employees frequently lift items up to 25 pounds and may occasionally handle items weighing 26-50 pounds with assistance. Work may take place in non-climate-controlled areas and moderate- to high-noise environments.

Pay:

$17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
