00 PM CJ's Model Home Maintenance is looking for ONE dependable, efficient, detail-oriented cleaner to take care of two cleaning assignments every Thursday evening in Petaluma. This is one position. The cleaner hired will be responsible for completing BOTH Petaluma assignments every Thursday night. The two locations are approximately 5 miles apart , so reliable transportation is required to travel from the first location to the second.

Every Thursday evening Completed after the first assignment One professionally decorated model home $40 per cleaning

$80 EVERY

THURSDAY NIGHT

The cleaner hired for this position will complete both locations every Thursday evening . The two projects are approximately 5 miles apart . The total pay for completing both assignments is $80 per night .

The sales trailer and model home are used to showcase new homes to potential buyers. There are no families, pets, or normal household messes. Your responsibility is to keep both locations looking immaculate, polished, and ready for potential buyers at all times.

Our builders rely on us to have these locations cleaned and ready for customers. If you cannot consistently commit to working every Thursday evening, this position will not be a good fit.

CJ's Model Home Maintenance is a professional, family-owned company that has served Northern California for more than 36 years.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

All cleaning supplies and equipment Supplies and equipment generally stored securely at the jobsite Training for the right person Direct-deposit payroll twice per month, on the 10th and 25th Consistent, long-term weekly work Professional cleaning experience is not required. However, you must genuinely enjoy cleaning, work efficiently, be dependable, and be committed to maintaining our high standards.
