Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Service Professional to oversee residential window cleaning and home maintenance services. In this role, you will bring your efficient Home technician like skills, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety standards. Your expertise in various cleaning techniques and equipment will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead with energy, perform strong time management, and deliver outstanding results in outdoor and indoor home environments. Responsibilities Perform exterior/interior window cleaning operations for residential properties around surrounding cities. Perform detailed window and cleaning, interior and exterior window washing using deionized water fed pole system and traditional squeegee methods. Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing concerns promptly , and ensuring satisfaction with all services provided. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, and adhere to all safety standards during outdoor work activities. Requirements Being extremely comfortable working at heights using ladders and walking on all parts of the roofs attention to detail in cleaning tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
