Responsibilities include standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, and move‑out cleaning. Must have reliable transportation, strong work ethic, and comfort working independently. Training provided. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large cleaning supplies safely and efficiently Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring a tidy appearance Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to lift 20-30 lbs Positive attitude Availability 10-15 hours/week Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; janitorial or housekeeping experience is highly valued, especially in large homes 3,500+ Sq Ft Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment, and tools used in residential environments Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work conditions when necessary Excellent client communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and implement sanitation procedures accurately We value energetic individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy making a positive impact on our clients' homes.
