Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Janitor for a direct hire opportunity in San Dimas, CA within a real estate and property management environment. This entry-level Janitor role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming shared spaces for residents, guests, and staff. This position supports the daily upkeep of a clubhouse, gym areas, restrooms, pool area, kitchen, and common spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain clubhouse areas, including restrooms, tables, chairs, floors, windows, and blinds.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine cleaning tasks throughout assigned areas.
• Clean and maintain the women's and men's gym areas to support a safe and sanitary environment.
• Inspect common areas for broken items, maintenance concerns, leaks, or safety issues and report them as needed.
• Clean around the pool area, including pressure washing debris and maintaining overall appearance.
• Support daily facility presentation by ensuring assigned areas remain clean, organized, and ready for use. Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: $37,440.00 to $39,520.00 per year.

• Schedule:

  7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch.
• Employment type: Direct hire. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Clean and maintain clubhouse, restroom, gym, pool, kitchen, and common areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and general janitorial duties.
• Check assigned areas for leaks, broken items, debris, and other maintenance concerns.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming property environment.
• 1 to 2 years of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work the assigned daytime schedule consistently and arrive on time.
• Comfortable performing physical cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and using cleaning tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice maintenance or safety issues.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude and respect for shared residential or community spaces. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience cleaning clubhouse, fitness center, pool, or property management common areas.
• Familiarity with safe use of cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, and pressure washing equipment.
• Bilingual communication skills are helpful but not required.
