Staff will be required to perform the necessary work to maintain the optimum level of cleanliness in every building or worksite serviced by Flagship. Essential Functions Carpeted Areas 1. Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. 2. Dust/clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables. 3. Vacuum all carpeting. 4. Spot clean soiled areas on carpets as needed. 5. Clean glass on lobby door. Non-Carpeted Areas 1. Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. 2. Dust/clean tops of office furniture, cleared desks, and surfaces of tables. 3. Sweep and mop floors. Lunchroom/Break Areas 1. Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. 2. Wipe/clean all table tops and chairs. 3. Wipe/clean vending machines and appliances. 4. Clean sink and counter areas. 5. Sweep and mop floors. Restrooms 1. Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. 2. Refill all restroom dispensers as needed. 3. Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals. 4. Spot clean walls, partitions, and doors as needed. 5. Sweep and mop floors with disinfectant. Periodically 1. Clean overhead vents

• Dust blinds
• Polish wood furniture. 2. Dust high partitions and ledges
• Clean interior partition glass.

3. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas. 4. Scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial scrubbing and buffing machines. 5. Sometimes use ladders, dust and wash walls, clean ceilings, and dust and polish light fixtures. 6. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. 7. May sweep walkways, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
