We're growing and looking for a reliable, hard-working technician to join the team performing turf cleaning services at residential (and some commercial) properties. This is hands-on, physical work outdoors, you'll be trained on our process and equipment, no experience required. (Although previous outdoor/route work experience is a huge plus) What you'll do Perform turf cleaning services at scheduled properties throughout North County Operate small company equipment (full training provided) Drive (or ride) in a company vehicle between job sites Keep equipment and vehicle clean and in good working order Represent SafeStep professionally with customers on-site What we're looking for Comfortable with manual labor and being on your feet outdoors for a full shift, including bending and kneeling Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable and punctual, this job runs on a daily schedule Comfortable using a phone for job details and photos Experience in landscaping, cleaning, pressure washing, or other outdoor service work is a plus but not required, we train. Able to work independently once trained Pay & schedule Part-time, [12-24 hrs/week], flexible based on job volume
