We're growing fast and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. What You'll Do Perform commercial cleaning services at client sites throughout San Diego County (offices, retail, schools and other commercial spaces) Work dedicated time slots based on each business's cleaning schedule, most shifts are after hours Follow scopes of work and quality standards for each site Communicate professionally Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly What We're Looking For Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred but can train Must have a car and reliable transportation Available to work after-hours shifts Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work Trustworthy and comfortable working independently Able to pass a background check What We Offer Starting pay $18.50/hour, with real opportunities to grow, including the path to becoming a team lead Part-time schedule Work with a professional, insured, and bonded company Supportive team and room for advancement
