This position is responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and sanitation services in residential homes, offices, and commercial properties throughout Marin County. You will work as part of a professional team to ensure our clients receive consistent, thorough, and courteous service. A valid driver's license is required , as the position involves traveling between client locations during the workday. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize various surfaces. Clean and disinfect kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-touch areas. Perform laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain floors using appropriate cleaning and care techniques, including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing as needed. Safely operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools. Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of storage and supply areas. Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies are running low. Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and team members. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Travel between client locations as assigned. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Ability to travel between client locations throughout Marin County. Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of professional cleaning, sanitation, and floor-care techniques. Ability to safely operate standard cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Professional and courteous communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
