Part-Time Pressure Washer Pay Rate:

$25/hour We are seeking motivated part-time applicants for outdoor Pressure Washing and Custodial work . This is a hands-on position focused on cleanliness, maintenance, and the beautification of public spaces such as sidewalks, accessways, and community areas. Our ideal candidate takes pride in creating welcoming, well-maintained environments that reflect positively on the surrounding neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a company truck with trailer to transport and set up pressure-washing equipment at assigned work zones Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, alleys, and public areas Remove litter, cigarette butts, graffiti, and unauthorized posters from public infrastructure Support beautification efforts by maintaining clean, attractive, and inviting streetscapes Stay alert to surroundings while on patrol; promptly report undesirable or illegal activity to law enforcement and provide clear, accurate descriptions when needed Interact professionally with the public, offering assistance, directions, and city information Complete written reports on daily tasks, broken infrastructure, and graffiti on private property Uphold a positive and professional environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience driving with a trailer (required) Clean and professional appearance Flexible schedule with reliable availability on weekdays and weekends Ability to walk and work outdoors throughout an 8-hour shift in all weather conditions (protective gear provided) Fluent in English with strong reading, writing, and communication skills Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable driving a truck with a trailer , enjoy working independently, and take pride in maintaining clean, attractive outdoor spaces.
