What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
About us Ostrich Land USA is a small business in Solvang, CA. We are a professional, customer service based, fast-paced, and fun.
Responsibilities Custodial:
- Upkeep and maintenance of 5 outdoor portable lavatories.
- Landscape work: assist with the maintenance and care of the ranch including but not limited to; lavatory area, customer viewing areas, pathways, employee areas, the parking lot, and elsewhere as needed.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills:
- Ability to listen attentively and follow instructions in an efficient manor.
- Ability to learn and educate.
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain small motor equipment and some heavy equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic understanding of ranch operations.
- Previous Landscaping or custodial work is a plus!
