Full-Time Position Summary Mercedes-Benz of West Covina is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of our dealership and ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Move and organize new, used, and customer vehicles throughout the dealership. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom, lot, and service drive. Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery. Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming inventory. Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed. Support the sales and service teams with daily operational tasks. Ensure vehicles are properly fueled, charged (if applicable), and ready for display or delivery. Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
