City Wide Property Services currently has an opening for a Day Porter to join our expanding team in West Sacramento, CA! -

Schedule:

(39 hours per week)- Monday 7:30am-2:30pm Tuesday OFF Wednesday 7:30am-2:30pm Thursday 7:30am-2:30pm Friday 7:30am-2:30pm Saturday 7:30am-2:30pm Sunday 7:30am-2:30pm 42 miles total per week in personal vehicle. Mileage reimbursed. Must possess a valid California driver's license AND maintain valid auto insurance .

Responsibilities:

This schedule is all outdoor janitorial work

•Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior) Windowsill cleaning De-webbing of building and doorways Assisting in light maintenance work Sanitizing Adhering to all safety rules and procedures Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management. Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid California driver's license Must maintain valid auto insurance Able to perform job duties that include pushing, carrying, bending, and handling supplies as needed. Able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year round in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, wind, etc.). Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical ability assessment that evaluates the essential physical functions required for this position. This role often requires working independently, being self-sufficient, and demonstrating strong communication skills. Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill client requests.
