Job Description

Job Summary Big Chief LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Cleaner to maintain our small, 2-office suite in Boulder. This is an exceptional opportunity for an independent professional looking for a highly paid, low-hour side job. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects office privacy, and can work efficiently without direct supervision.
Compensation & Hours Pay Rate:
$172.18 per week (Breaks down to a highly competitive $57.39 per hour )
Hours:
3 hours total per week
Schedule:
1 hour per visit, 3 times per week (Days and times are flexible; cleaning can be done after-hours or during standard business hours depending on preference).
Duties & Responsibilities Surface Care:
Dust, wipe, and sanitize office desks, conference tables, electronics, and high-touch surfaces (doorknobs, light switches).
Floor Maintenance:
Thoroughly vacuum carpets and sweep/mop any hard flooring within the 2-office suite.
Waste Management:
Empty all office trash and recycling bins, replace plastic liners, and dispose of waste in the building's designated exterior dumpster.
Detail Cleaning:
Routinely check for and remove cobwebs, spot-clean glass partitions/windows, and clean windowsills.
Secure Premises:
Ensure office doors are securely locked and lights are turned off upon exit.

Ability to spot dust and ensure the small space is left completely pristine after every 1-hour shift.
Independence:
Strong ability to work autonomously, manage your own time, and follow standard instructions.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to perform standard cleaning movements including bending, lifting light trash bags, and operating a vacuum.
Transportation:
Must have reliable transportation to travel to our location on Rustic Trail 3 times a week.
