What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

- 30 per hour We're partnering with dependable, detail-oriented independent contractor cleaners to support our growing residential and short-term rental team.
What You'll Do:
Residential cleaning- dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, making beds, and following detailed checklists for consistent quality Short-term rental turnovers
- laundry, changing linens, staging spaces to hotel-level standards, restocking essentials, and reporting any damages promptly Communicate professionally with the team and clients, and keep supplies organized
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of professional cleaning experience (residential or STR preferred) Able to communicate in English- interviews and all team communication are in English Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently from a checklist Reliable transportation Able to pass a background check Must carry liability insurance
