Overview Commercial Cleaner

•1099 Independent Contractor CLJ Peak Cleaning LLC is looking for experienced independent cleaning contractors to provide recurring cleaning services for small commercial offices in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. We are looking for dependable cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and can independently maintain professional office spaces. Responsibilities Clean small commercial offices, generally up to 2,000 sq. ft. Dust and wipe surfaces Vacuum and mop floors Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean kitchens and breakrooms Empty trash and replace liners Clean common areas and office spaces Follow CLJ Peak Cleaning checklists and service standards Report any damage, maintenance issues or concerns Complete job updates and time tracking through Jobber Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working at client locations Requirements 2+ years of professional cleaning experience Active LLC or established cleaning business $1M General liability insurance and worker comp if needed. Reliable transportation Own basic commercial cleaning supplies and equipment Smartphone for Jobber and job communication Able to work independently and complete jobs on time Strong attention to detail Professional communication Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client requirements Bonding is preferred but not required. Additional insurance, background checks or other requirements may be required for certain client locations.

•28 per hour equivalent, depending on experience, job size and scope. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment and business expenses. CLJ Peak Cleaning LLC provides the client, job details, cleaning expectations and service checklist. Contractors are responsible for completing assigned work to CLJ Peak Cleaning standards.
