Cleaning Services is seeking experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to service commercial clients throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.

Contract Responsibilities:

Perform recurring commercial cleaning opportunities. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, sanitize kitchens or breakrooms and bathrooms. Follow client preferences and cleaning checklists. Deliver consistent, high-quality work while treating each client's home with care and respect. Communicate professionally regarding scheduling and job completion. Contractor Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Smartphone with email and text capabilities.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Independent Contractor Requirements
• Operate as an independent contractor (1099)
• Be responsible for your own federal, state, and local taxes
• Maintain control over how the work is performed while meeting the agreed-upon service standards and completion deadlines. Compensation
