We are currently looking for a Day Porter to work in common or shared areas at multifamily properties providing general lawncare, light maintenance, and cleaning services. This position will work independently to complete their daily tasks. We are looking for individuals with strong organizational skills, management ability, customer service acumen, as well as the ability to manage multiple jobs at once and juggle competing priorities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining curb appeal at property each day. Daily property walks inspecting property for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Inform management of any repairs or issues discovered during property walks. Ensuring cleanliness and presentability of parking area, common areas, grill area laundry rooms. Litter and dog waste clean up of lawn and common areas, maintaining dog stations, emptying trash, keeping waste bags stocked at pet stations. Coordinate large trash hauls. Other duties as assigned, to include light maintenance tasks.

Basic Requirements and Work Experience:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be authorized to work in the US for any employer. Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. A willingness to come in each day to help us improve upon what we accomplished the previous day. Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Will be required to walk, stand, sit, crawl, crouch, climb stairs for extended periods of time. Ability to carry backpack while working. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Will be required to work in confined spaces and on ladders at times. Ability to work with chemicals used for cleaning. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly pay starting at $20.00 per hour.
