The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility's machinery and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Company hours are Tuesday- Friday 7 am-5pm. This position may have intermittent Monday swaps for Friday when major maintenance items need to be done, in order to keep the Manufacturing and Production Crew from having down time. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and facilities equipment, including HVAC and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in machinery and equipment using appropriate hand tools, multimeters,etc. Conduct minor electrical repairs, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution. Utilize Spreadsheets and checklists to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management. Operate scissor lifts, forklift and other equipment safely to perform maintenance tasks at heights. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment. Assist in any other facilities and grounds maintenance projects as needed. Keep facility clean. To include Kitchen and Bathrooms. Requirements Proven experience in facilities and machinery maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial machinery. Familiarity with using tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and hand tools. Ability to operate scissor lifts and forklift safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Machinery maintenance and troubleshooting, ability to change oil, filters, etc, and perform minor repairs to tractors, forklifts and other groundskeeping vehicles.
