Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential homes and commercial properties. Your energetic approach and commitment to high standards will ensure our clients' spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are consistently met Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas as needed Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices Ability to perform outdoor work when required, including outdoor surface cleaning or maintenance tasks Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude Basic understanding of housekeeping management principles is a plus Reliable transportation or access to work sites across various locations Join our team today and become part of a vibrant environment dedicated to delivering top-tier cleaning services!
