A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. The right technician can diagnose why the problem happened, properly camera and inspect sewer lines, identify damaged or failing piping, and clearly explain repair and replacement options to the customer. You should be able to walk into a drain call, solve the immediate problem, inspect the system, identify the root cause, and professionally educate the customer when a larger repair is needed.
