With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Cleaner Route Night Coverage & Special Projects. You will be responsible for daytime cleaning, coverage, supplies, inspection and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, and responsible. Job Requirements Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively. Prior cleaning experience is a plus. Including inspections, project work, Floor work Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Janitor experience a plus but will train. Reliable Transportation.
