Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist with preparing workspaces, equipment, and common areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations Support the transportation and movement of materials, supplies, and equipment within the facility as needed Maintain cleanliness of all designated areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly Support team members by providing assistance with loading and unloading supplies or equipment Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all staff Help uphold a positive and professional atmosphere through friendly communication and teamwork Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude Prior experience in custodial work or general labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role This position is an excellent entry point into our organization, offering opportunities for growth while contributing to a well-maintained facility.
