Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and energetic Porter to help maintain the safety, appearance, and daily operation of our residential community. The Porter will focus on keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas attractive and free of trash while assisting the maintenance team with basic property upkeep. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing residents and visitors with a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Inspect the property's grounds, parking areas, walkways, entrances, and common areas daily. Pick up litter and debris throughout the community. Empty community trash receptacles and assist with maintaining dumpster and compactor areas. Keep breezeways, sidewalks, stairways, and other common areas presentable and free of hazards. Maintain the pool area by arranging furniture, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring the area is orderly. Assist with moving appliances, supplies, equipment, and pool furniture. Assist with vendor deliveries and property pickups as needed. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, property damage, and needed repairs promptly. Support the maintenance team with minor repairs, painting, pressure washing, and other light maintenance tasks. Help prepare vacant apartments by removing trash, supplies, and discarded materials. Maintain tools, equipment, storage areas, and maintenance workspaces in an organized manner. Assist with property inspections and special projects as assigned. Follow all company policies and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications and Skills Previous porter, groundskeeping, property maintenance, or apartment community experience is preferred. Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining the appearance of the community. Ability to identify and promptly report maintenance and safety concerns. Basic experience with hand tools, painting, pressure washing, or minor property repairs is helpful. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and team members. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
