Responsibilities Operate power washing equipment, ladders, and safety gear to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, and other surfaces efficiently and safely Clean windows, gutters, roofs, and other exterior features with attention to detail and quality standards Prepare work sites by setting up equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Inspect work areas before and after cleaning to ensure thoroughness and customer satisfaction Communicate clearly with clients about services performed and address any special requests or concerns Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting repairs needed to ensure optimal operation Follow safety procedures consistently to prevent accidents or injuries during all tasks Experience Prior experience in exterior cleaning or related outdoor maintenance roles is preferred but not required—training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate power washers, ladders, scaffolding, and related tools safely and effectively Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or materials for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing schedules Join us in creating impressive curb appeal while enjoying a fast-paced environment that values your energy and dedication.
