Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaner for Vacation Rentals to ensure our properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. This role involves performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of rental units, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure guests have a memorable stay. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating a clean and safe environment for all visitors. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of vacation rental units, including floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques. Handle chemical agents safely by following safety data sheets (SDS) and proper handling procedures to ensure a secure environment. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces. Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces associated with rental properties. Use janitorial experience to ensure all cleaning tasks meet hospitality industry standards for quality and hygiene. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping managtwith a focus on vacation rentals or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, including floor care and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines. Skilled in operating various cleaning equipment Capable of manual handling tasks involving moving supplies or furniture safely.
