PODS is seeking a Local Class B CDL Driver to support our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you'll safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle to deliver and pick up portable storage containers for residential and commercial customers on local routes. You'll perform vehicle inspections, secure and position containers, and follow all DOT and company safety standards. As the face of PODS, you provide professional, friendly on-site service, problem-solve issues, and communicate with dispatch to keep routes on schedule. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle to deliver and pick up PODS containers on local routes. Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Secure, load, and unload containers following company and DOT safety standards. Provide friendly, professional on-site customer service and resolve basic service issues. Follow all DOT, company, and local traffic regulations, maintaining accurate logs and paperwork. Coordinate with dispatch to manage daily schedules, routes, and service priorities. Operate lift and handling equipment to position containers at customer locations. Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and represent PODS' customer-first culture. Identify and report potential hazards, incidents, or property damage immediately.
