Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Cleaning Subcontractor - Independent Contractor ProFinish Solutions is looking to add dependable cleaning subcontractors throughout Central Florida. Areas We're Currently Hiring We are currently looking for subcontractors in: Hernando County Hillsborough County Pinellas County Sumter County Lake County Citrus County Marion County This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity , not an employee position. Contractors may accept or decline available assignments based on their availability. What You'll Do Complete residential and/or commercial cleaning assignments Follow the service details provided for accepted jobs Provide reliable and professional service Submit before-and-after photos when required Communicate promptly regarding accepted assignments Contractor Requirements Applicants must: Have reliable transportation Provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 Have a smartphone for job information and communication Be able to work independently Complete a background screening Complete contractor onboarding and provide a W-9 How It Works Approved subcontractors are offered available cleaning assignments in their service area. Contractors can choose which assignments they want to accept. Pay is provided on a per-assignment basis , and the compensation for an assignment is provided before acceptance. Cleaning experience is preferred, but dependable applicants with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
