Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of vacation homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by sweeping patios, cleaning outdoor furniture, and removing debris Communicate professionally with clients regarding their needs or special requests to enhance guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial or custodial roles preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Customer service orientation with clear communication skills for client interactions Experience with housekeeping management or outdoor work environments is a plus Familiarity with cleaning detergents and proper handling of cleaning supplies Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms vacation homes into pristine retreats!
