Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Vacation Rental Home Cleaners to ensure our properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that meet high standards of sanitation and presentation. Your enthusiasm for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment will help create memorable stays for our guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery effectively Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by sweeping patios, cleaning outdoor furniture, and managing waste disposal Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleanings within designated windows while maintaining quality standards Communicate professionally with property managers or clients regarding any maintenance issues or guest requests Requirements Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Knowledge of cleaning procedures including floor care, dusting, surface sanitation, and carpet cleaning techniques Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, mops, and scrubbers Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively Customer service skills to communicate politely with clients or property managers when needed Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces of rental properties Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Join our team as a Vacation Rental Home Cleaner where your dedication to cleanliness will directly impact guest satisfaction!
