What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Southern Cleaning Services, Inc., an established janitorial company in Florida, is looking for a dependable, motivated individuals with reliable transportation to perform normal janitorial and cleaning duties in St. John County General Cleaning of Buildings to Include but
Not Limited To:
Vacuuming Sweeping & Mopping Floors Emptying Trash and Replacing Trash Liners Restocking all consumables Cleaning Offices, Conference Rooms, Break Rooms, Restrooms, etc Light dusting in all areas. Disinfecting surfaces throughout buildingJob Type:
Part Time Position Job Schedule:
5 days a week Cleaning Days are Monday though Friday 2 to 3 Hours a Day 10- 15 hours a week
Pay:
$16- 17/hr, experience based.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CHECK
