Maintain facilities by performing minor repairs or notifying maintenance teams of issues requiring professional attention. Provide excellent customer service by addressing cleaning requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all building occupants. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and chemical handling safety procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning tools. Strong manual handling skills with an understanding of safe lifting practices for heavy objects.
