Casa Blanca Services Corp is looking for dependable, motivated Cleaners to join our growing residential cleaning team! No professional cleaning experience? That's okay! We are willing to train the right person. If you have experience and demonstrate strong cleaning skills and reliability, you may qualify for higher pay after successfully completing training.

What We Offer Starting pay:

$16.00/hour Opportunity for higher pay based on experience, qualifications, and performance Training provided Cleaning supplies and equipment provided Flexible scheduling Part-time or full-time opportunities Work primarily in Maitland, Winter Park, and College Park Opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a growing local cleaning company Your Responsibilities As a Cleaner, you will help us provide high-quality residential cleaning services to our clients.

Duties may include:

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Dusting and wiping surfaces Vacuuming and mopping Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces Following our cleaning procedures and quality standards Providing friendly and professional service to clients Arriving on time and completing assigned cleaning jobs efficiently Maintaining attention to detail and taking pride in your work ✅ What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Reliable and punctual Hardworking and responsible Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Friendly and professional with clients Willing to learn and follow company cleaning standards Experienced in residential cleaning preferred, but not required Legally authorized to work in the United States Able to provide reliable transportation to cleaning locations Transportation Required Because our cleaners travel to residential properties, reliable transportation is required. Cleaners who demonstrate excellent performance and successfully complete our training may be eligible for a higher pay rate.
