Hotel Engineer / Maintenance Person Beachfront hotel in South Beach looking for an experienced maintenance person or skilled tradesman for immediate hire as a

FULL-TIME

employee. You'll be working with a great team. Candidates must meet the following requirements: Have experience in maintenance, construction, or custodial work.

Skilled tradespeople preferred:

Plumbing, drywall, electrical, carpentry, etc. Skilled handymen are also welcome to apply. Willing to work 40 hours per week Available to work any day of the week, holidays, etc., as needed Available to work day or night shift, as needed Ability to be on call Able to start immediately Have work authorization and be able to be paid on the books. Have your own tools Must speak some English (Spanish/English bi-lingual preferred) Able to spend extended periods on your feet, and able to lift 30-50 pounds as needed.
