What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We service car dealerships, office buildings, shopping plazas, and other commercial properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing quality work, and likes working independently. What We Offer $18-$22/hour (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement Typical work hours: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Approximately 15 hours per week Consistent weekday schedule Opportunities for raises as you gain experience Friendly, small-team environment What You'll Be Doing Cleaning windows at various commercial properties as well as occasional residential properties Using professional window cleaning tools and equipment Providing excellent service and representing our company professionally
