This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work and manage independently. Good customer experience is mandatory. Must drive TRUCK or SUV. Duties Perform professional window cleaning services on residential and commercial properties. Utilize window cleaning equipment provided to you by Flow Home Services. Operate ladders safely when required for high-access windows. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections post-service to ensure compliance with quality standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively. Experience Previous experience in residential or commercial window cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to work full time 6 days a week or weekends if necessary. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
