Peoplr is seeking a Make Ready Cleaning Technician for our client, Integrity Rise Management, a residential property management company. This job is ideal for an experienced housekeeper who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a full-time, regular position with a work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Make Ready Cleaning Technician will work on-site at various Integrity Rise properties in the Tallahassee, FL area. Key Responsibilities The Make Ready Cleaning Technician is a specialized cleaning role focused on the final cleaning of vacant apartments and the ongoing upkeep of interior common areas, amenities, and office spaces. This position ensures that every make-ready unit is thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready once maintenance work is complete, and that shared community spaces consistently meet company cleanliness standards. Perform final, detailed cleaning of vacant units, preparing each unit for move-in Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinetry, fixtures, and countertops Clean windows, mirrors, walls, baseboards, and woodwork Vacuum, sweep, and mop all flooring surfaces Remove dust, debris, and residual construction or paint materials left behind from turn work Conduct a final quality walk of each unit to confirm cleanliness standards are met Communicate unit-ready status to support accurate move-in scheduling Maintain cleanliness of interior common areas including hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, and stairways across assigned properties Clean and maintain amenity spaces such as fitness centers, clubhouses, mail rooms, and resident lounges Observe all precautions required to protect residents, guests, and staff. Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Must Haves Experience in housekeeping or cleaning for multi-family properties High attention to detail and strong work ethic Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize cleaning tasks across multiple properties Good communication skills, both verbal and written Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends during high-turnover periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between assigned properties High School Diploma or equivalent Nice-To-Haves Make-ready /unit turn cleaning experience a plus Physical Requirements Ability to move about for long periods of time and to stand, kneel, or crouch while cleaning Ability to stoop or bend as needed to perform cleaning tasks Ability to move up to 50 pounds, including cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment, including vacuums, shampooers, and cleaning machines, to perform the essential functions of the position Ability to both indoors and outdoor areas subject to weather conditions About Integrity Rise Integrity Rise is a property management company with a vision to redefine the industry through unwavering transparency, innovation, and integrity.
