Overview One Pass Cleaners provides apartment cleaning for residents at Tampa Bay properties, arranged through the property's management. Our cleaners go into occupied, lived-in apartments, not vacant units. We're looking for trustworthy, detail-oriented cleaners who are comfortable working respectfully inside someone's home. Responsibilities Clean occupied apartments to a standardized checklist: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas. Work efficiently and consistently, averaging around 20 to 25 minutes per unit. Treat residents' homes and belongings with care. Communicate politely and professionally with residents while on-site. Travel between properties across the Tampa Bay area. Report completion and any issues to the owner. Skills Comfortable and trustworthy working inside occupied homes. Must be able to pass a background check. Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience helpful but not required. Reliable transportation to get between properties. Flexible availability, since hours vary with volume.
