Part-Time Housekeeper / Janitorial Cleaner Mint Building Services Tarpon Springs / Palm Harbor, FL $18.00 per hour | Approximately 18 hours per weekMint Building Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual for a part-time housekeeping and janitorial position at a well-maintained gated waterfront community in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor area.

Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Additional hours may be available Primary Duties Vacuuming and sweeping common areas Cleaning glass doors, windows, and other glass surfaces Cleaning community laundry rooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Dusting furniture, fixtures, and common areas Cleaning elevators Performing general housekeeping and janitorial duties as assigned Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming appearance throughout the property Qualifications Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and courteous attitude Ability to perform routine cleaning duties, including bending, reaching, standing, and lifting cleaning supplies and trash Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle Must be able to pass a background check Compensation Up to $18.00 per hour Part-time schedule with the possibility of additional hours No nights No weekends
