Job Description KT'S is hiring reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our award-winning residential cleaning team in Tarpon Springs. We are looking for both full-time team members (working Monday - Friday) and part-time team members (working 2-3 full days per week). KT'S Cleaning Technician :

Master KT'S premium cleaning processes, build consistency, and learn the foundation of our high standards.

Team Lead :

Take ownership of your route, train incoming team members, manage local supplies, and maintain high team morale. Eligible for promotion in as little as 3 to 6 months!

Assistant Manager :

Oversee daily field operations, handle quality control, and directly support customer satisfaction.

Operations Manager :

Step into full business leadership, manage staff scheduling, and drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Follow KT'S proven structural cleaning procedures to ensure top-notch service. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude to keep team morale high. Train new team members as you advance into your leadership track. Monitor and manage daily cleaning supplies and equipment readiness. Address client requests promptly and professionally. Attend monthly supervisor meetings to review route performance and strategy.

Qualifications Professional Experience :

1+ years of professional experience working for an established, legitimate residential cleaning company/service (Required).

Please note:

Independent private house cleaning or casual/informal cleaning does not meet this requirement.

Location :

Must be located in or willing to commute to Tarpon Springs, FL 34688 (Required).

License & Commute :

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to guarantee consistent, on-time arrival to work each morning (Required). Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence. Ability to follow a strict process and thrive within a structured system.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
