Job Overview Join our team as a Cleaner and be a vital part of our 11 room boutique hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a positive impression for guests, and providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of rooms Wash comforters (no other laundry is cleaned onsite!) Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Dispose of waste responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly Maintain cleaning equipment by reporting any malfunctions or needs for repairs Follow health and safety guidelines Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work Good communication skills to understand instructions and report issues effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed We value reliability, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude—qualities that help us create spaces people enjoy.
