Use hand tools and cleaning equipment effectively for detailed or hard-to-reach areas. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of machinery, hoses, and cleaning materials. Conduct duct cleaning and floor buffing to ensure comprehensive surface maintenance. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and respirators. Follow established safety procedures for ladder use and fire extinguisher operation during outdoor or elevated work. Assist with industrial cleaning projects that require specialized techniques and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each job to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and safety measures. Support outdoor work activities that involve manual handling, heavy lifting, and working at heights on ladders or scaffolding. Experience Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with pressure washing techniques and equipment operation is highly desirable. Experience with duct cleaning, floor buffing, or outdoor cleaning projects is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, ladder use, PPE adherence, and fire extinguisher operation is essential.
