A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

About Us We are a fast-growing exterior cleaning company specializing in window cleaning, pressure washing, and home services. Our team is built on hard work, positivity, and delivering 5-star customer experiences. We offer a supportive, team-first environment with clear paths for growth, leadership, and increased earnings. Compensation $15 per hour during training. $18-$30 per hour based on performance (commission-based: hourly + bonuses + tips) Bi-Weekly pay (every 2 Fridays) Performance bonuses (+$5 per each 5-star Google Review) Customer tips for top-quality service Role Summary As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you'll work outdoors with a team completing window cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to grow into higher-paying and leadership roles. You will also learn and do all other services we provide (see www.windowgenie.com) Key Responsibilities Perform exterior cleaning services (windows, siding, driveways, power wash homes, gutters, etc.) Safely use ladders and equipment on job sites Deliver excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily jobs Maintain equipment clean and ordered and follow safety procedures Communicate with customers on-site when needed Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to come to the office Ability to lift and handle ladders up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet all day Ability to pass a background check is a MUST Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in window cleaning and/or pressure washing is a plus Customer service or sales experience Experience working in team-based environments Schedule / Location Full-time (40-45 hours/week) Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays during busy season) Day shifts Overtime available Local routes (home base + service area) How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
