We're building our next crew leads, and we want them to come from within. We're Window Hero Atlanta. We clean windows, gutters, roofs and siding for homes and businesses across North Atlanta, and we're one of the few companies in the city washing high-rise buildings with drones. This isn't a "just show up and clean" job. We're growing, and we need people who want to lead. If you're looking for a paycheck and nothing more, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want to learn fast, take on responsibility, and build something long term, keep reading. Why this is different You'll train directly under our Senior Operations Lead, who has built our crews from the ground up and knows every part of this business, from ladder work to running a full day on a truck to drone jobs on high-rises. We'll teach you the trade. What we can't teach is the drive to learn it quickly and the desire to keep growing once you do. Right now we run 2 trucks, and we plan to add a third next year and grow to 4-5 trucks over the next few years. Our commercial and high-rise business is growing fast too. As we grow, we'll need crew leads for every truck, and eventually people to run our residential and commercial operations. We'd rather promote from our own crew than hire from outside. The people who join now and prove themselves are the ones who will step into those roles. We like to have fun This is a team job, and the best crews are the ones that actually enjoy working together. Music in the truck on the drive, giving each other a hard time, celebrating a big day. We take the work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It's also a customer-facing job. You'll meet homeowners and business owners every day, and the way you talk to them matters as much as how clean the windows are. We want people with some personality who can make a customer smile, not someone who'd rather avoid eye contact all day. The path Training (first 90 days): $135/day Technician (once you've shown you can work without much oversight): $150/day

Crew Lead:

$180/day Drone Crew (on drone job days): $225/day Drone Pilot (on flight days): $300/day. We'll help you get FAA certified. Some people move up in less than 90 days. How fast you move depends on you. What the job looks like Window cleaning, inside and out, on homes and commercial buildings Pressure and soft washing siding, roofs, driveways and decks Clearing and flushing gutters Supporting drone crews on high-rise jobs Keeping the truck and equipment in good shape Being the face of the company at the customer's door What you'll need Comfortable working outdoors, in all weather, and on ladders up to 32 ft Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in cleaning, landscaping, roofing or construction is a plus, not a must No drone experience needed.
