a week. This is for our dealership on Browns Bridge Rd in Cumming. This position includes the tasks of: Cleaning and maintaining building interior (daily janitorial tasks) and other business equipment such as golf carts, fleet trucks and miscellaneous property of the dealership. Knowledge or experience with use of pressure washers, extension brushes, solvents and cleaners appreciated. Interior detail of RVs being sold and on display for sale - use of cleaners and solvents, a vacuum, a carpet steam cleaner, commercial tile scrubber, and other accoutrements to maintain the sanitization and aesthetic appearance of RVs. The exterior detail of RVs is also a responsibility using brushes, scaffolding, and other tools. This position requires a cheerful, VERY

Applicants must be capable of passing a drug screen, background character screening, and e-Verify. Applicants must also have reliable transportation and be able to work the stated schedule. The applicant must also have a current valid driver's license and the ability of getting to and from work without assistance. The screening is with consideration of hiring someone to fulfill the position for years and years, not for a brief period of employment. All tools, cleaners, and materials are provided with the applicant/employee only appearing to provide labor and time. Pay is commensurate with proficiency, character, and drive. Hourly pay with performance-oriented bonuses available for W-2 or 1099 paid employees.
